Q.1 What is FCM ?
Ans: Future Construction Manager stands for all our students.
Q.2 Is it possible to enroll the GICMAR from Foreign Location ?
Ans: Yes, FCMs can enroll for various courses in GICMAR from any foreign location. For details contact our Programme Coordinator.
Q.3 Does GICMAR offer any part time course also ?
Ans: Yes, GICMAR also offer part time courses along with full time courses in Construction Management. We will also be launching Distance Learning Programmes in above courses shortly.
MCA / PGDBA (One Year) BBA / BCA etc. from our Sister Concern Global Institute of Management Technology (GIMT) as a value addition under Distance Learning Mode.
Q.4 Is the fee once paid refundable ?
Ans: Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances.
Q.5 Are there any other Study Centres of GICMAR ?
Ans: At present, GICMAR do not have any Study Centres but is likely to add more Centres for 2015 batches.
Q.6 In case of any problem related to the course, whom should I contact?
Ans: In case of any Problem! Doubts please contact the Academic Coordinator.
Q.7 Is it compulsory to attend the classes ?
Ans: 65% of attendance is compulsory for all FCMs. Except Distance Learning. FCMs
Q.8 Is there any Internal Assessment Procedure ?
Ans: 30% weightage is kept for Internal Assessment & Assignments.
Q.9 Is there any provision for sponsorship for various courses ?
Ans: Yes, many companies are sponsoring FCMs against some bonds of service. If the Company which sponsors the candidate is paying for the course directly then they can avail a discount of 10% on the course fee. There are many companies sponsored candidates & some companies can even sponsor
FCM already studying to bear their Part Payments depending upon their selection during Campus Placements. Placements will not be done only in final semester it may be done round the year or as per the needs of the sponsoring companies.
Q.10 What is the Strength of GICMAR & Expertise ?
Ans: GICMAR is run by a Non Profit Society "Shanti Educational Trust" Which is also running GIMT, Global Institute of Management Technology since last Fiften Years & all Expertise, Faculty, Library of Management institute are readily available for GICMAR.
Q.11 How about experience in the Construction Field ?
Ans: The Managing Committee is a Team of Civil Engineers from the Construction Industry with more than Three Decades field experience.
Q12. Is study material provided by the institute?
Ans: Yes, all the related study material will be provided by the institute.

Q17. Except being theoretical, what are the other modes of Learning for students in GICMAR?
Ans. We provide:
a) Industry expert’s interactions
b) Industrial & Onsite visits
c) Workshops and seminars
d) Summer projects
e) Two working days in a week will be given off for students live training during the course so that they can explore their abilities; learn new techniques from corporate world theoretically as well as practically.
